Are the warehouse sale items new?
Yes, all warehouse sale items are new products, including previously released items and some new additions. -
What is your return policy?
All items are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

How much is shipping?
All orders will be charged based on weight and destination.
Due to high volume, orders are expected to ship within 10 business days

I placed multiple orders; can I combine them?
No. Due to high volume, we cannot combine multiple orders placed.

Can I update my shipping address?
Due to high volume, we cannot guarantee any updates to your order once it has been placed.

Is there a limit to how many products can be purchased on a single order?
There is an 8 item limit on all orders.

Can I use a coupon code on my order?
Discounted items cannot be combined with any promotions or coupon codes.

Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer shipping outside the U.S. This includes U.S. Territories.

When will I receive my order?
Due to high volume, orders are expected to ship within 10 business days

Can I include a gift message with my order?
Unfortunately, the gift message option is not available for warehouse sale orders.

Will my order come with a dust bag?
Dust bags will not be provided.

Will I accumulate Rewards Points for my purchase?
All orders are excluded from earning MZW Rewards points.
Only purchases made in our MZ Wallace owned retail stores and online at www.mzwallace.com are eligible for MZW Rewards points.

Can I use Rewards points on my purchase?
MZW Rewards points cannot be redeemed on your order.

What payment types do you accept?
Only one credit card may be used per transaction. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I use an MZ Wallace gift card on this order?
No, MZ Wallace gift cards are only redeemable at MZ Wallace Retail stores and online at www.mzwallace.com

Will my order be taxed?
Applicable sales tax will apply based on the shipping location.

How may I request a price adjustment?
Warehouse sale products are not eligible for price adjustments and discounts are not applicable to previous purchases.

How do I amend or cancel an order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. All products are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined for a number of reasons. In most cases, this occurs if the billing information on your account is incorrect, or if a zip code or security code is typed incorrectly. Always double check all of your information before processing the transaction.
Once an order has been placed, a hold reflecting the total order amount will be placed on your card. The charge will be posted to your statement once it clears, in approximately one business day. If a payment is declined, the hold will be removed from your statement at the discretion of your credit-issuing bank.
Your billing name and address must match those associated with your credit card. For your security, we reserve the right to cancel any order if the information entered does not match the information provided to us by our credit card processor.

How long will the warehouse sale run?
The MZW Warehouse sale will run from 7/2 to 7/7 or until supplies last.

Will sold out items be restocked?
No. Warehouse sale inventory is limited, and items will not be restocked once sold out.
