  1. Are the warehouse sale items new?
    Yes, all warehouse sale items are new products, including previously released items and some new additions.
  2. What is your return policy?
    All items are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items are sold as is.
  3. How much is shipping?
    All orders will be charged a $15 flat fee.
    Due to high volume, orders are expected to ship within 10 business days
    We do not offer expedited shipping
  4. I placed multiple orders; can I combine them? 
    No. Due to high volume, we cannot combine multiple orders placed. 
  5. Can I update my shipping address?
    Due to high volume, we cannot guarantee any updates to your order once it has been placed.
  6. Is there a limit to how many products can be purchased on a single order?
    There is an 8 item limit on all orders.
  7. Can I use a coupon code on my order?
    Discounted items cannot be combined with any promotions or coupon codes.
  8. Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes. We ship internationally via DHL for a flat rate of $20 USD. Due to high volume, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.
  9. When will I receive my order?
    Due to high volume, orders are expected to ship within 10 business days
  10. Can I include a gift message with my order?
    Unfortunately, the gift message option is not available for warehouse sale orders. 
  11. Can I purchase a dust bag for my order?  
    Only purchases made online at www.mzwallace.com and in our MZ Wallace owned retails stores are eligible for dust bag purchases.
  12. Will I accumulate Rewards Points for my purchase?
    All orders are excluded from earning MZW Rewards points.

  13. Can I use Rewards points on my purchase?
    MZW Rewards points cannot be redeemed on your order.
  14. What payment types do you accept?
    Only one credit card may be used per transaction. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  15. Can I use an MZ Wallace gift card on this order?
    No, MZ Wallace gift cards are only redeemable at MZ Wallace Retail stores and online at www.mzwallace.com
  16. Will my order be taxed?
    Applicable sales tax will apply based on the shipping location.
  17. How may I request a price adjustment?
    Warehouse sale products are not eligible for price adjustments and discounts are not applicable to previous purchases.
  18. How do I amend or cancel an order?
    No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. All sales are final, sold as is and ineligible for returns or exchanges.
  19. Why was my payment declined?
    Payments are typically declined due to strict security measures or because your billing details do not match your card issuer's records.
    How to fix it:
    - Double-check that your billing name, address, zip code, and security code (CVV) are typed exactly as they appear on your card/statement.
    - Ensure your billing information matches your credit card account—we reserve the right to cancel orders with mismatched data.
    Note: If your payment was declined but you see a pending charge, this is a temporary authorization hold. Your bank will automatically remove this hold from your statement, typically within a few business days.
  20. How long will the warehouse sale run?
    The MZW Warehouse sale will run from 7/1 to 7/5 or until supplies last.
  21. Will sold out items be restocked? 
    No. Warehouse sale inventory is limited, and items will not be restocked once sold out.
